Likely no one has told you this, but the normal amount of pelvic pain or leaking pee… is none
(Yes, that even applys if you have had a baby)

What You Can Expect From Busy Bodies Wellness
Focused Care by Specialists
Unlike other clinics where gereral therapists might be seeing a range of diagnoses and treatments back to back all day, we ONLY see pelvic health patients. This means our therapists have the time and dedication to be providing the most up-to-date and evidence-based care available in pelvic health. Your therapist is dedicated to their specialty and it is what we do all day, every day, because we love it.
Uniquely Tailored Plan of Care
Each person’s pelvic health needs are as unique as they are. We recognize this so we build a plan completely customizable to you. We believe in buidling treatment plans based on your needs, not set guidelines laid out by a third-party who has never even talked to you.
Flexible Treatment Options
We provide in-home treatments for any woman in Broken Arrow, OK and the surrounding areas.
We also provide virtual therapy treatments to Oklahoma Residents.
We know distance to the closest pelvic floor therapist as well as busy schedules, and finding childcare can be limiting factors in seeking care. We hope to mitigate this by providing quality accessible treatment to our Oklahoma residents!
Continuity of Care Throughout Treatment
At Busy Bodies Wellness, you will always see the same provider throughout your entire course of treatment. No need to worry about who might be walking into your session, or needing to tell your symptoms over and over to new providers each time. We want you to feel safe and confident in your care, and ultimately help you feel better faster!

Why Choose Us?
I started taking steps to specialzing in pelvic floor therapy right before I got pregnant. My pregnancy turned that little spark into a flame of passion for me. I LOVED learning about what our bodies go through during pregnancy, how to heal postpartum, and what is common vs what is normal after having a baby. I wanted to shout from the rooftops everything I had been learning because EVERYONE deserves to know what is happening in their bodies!
As I progressed through my specializing I had friends reaching out, panicked after they were diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse, or embarrassed because they pee every time they sneeze and they can’t control it. The amount of times I have been asked “is my life over, can I ever get better?” is too high to count. However, each time I get to answer NO, your life is not over, and it is never to late to start healing, I get excited all over again.
It is my mission to ensure every woman feels safe, heard, and empowered in her body, fostering a sense of well-being and confidence in her journey to optimal pelvic health.
