You don't have to wait until you are leaking pee, having painful sex, or extreme pelvic pain to see a Pelvic Floor Therapist.
Yes, I help women find relief and confidence in a life free from pelvic floor dysfunction. I also help women PREVENT pelvic floor dysfunction as well. I love working with women to prepare for pregnancy, birth, postpartum/fourth trimester care and beyond.
Have you ever gone to a doctor or talked to a trusted friend to ask questions about "down there" and left with just being told "oh yeah that's normal" even when it most definitely does NOT feel normal?
Well if you answered yes, then unfortunately you are not alone. Women are dismissed for pain, peeing, issues with intimacy or sex, or go through life thinking things like they just can't hit that big "O" and that's just how it has to be fore them.
>>I'm here to give you great news because NONE of that is true!<<
Pelvic floor therapy can help with so many things including but not limited to:
- Help modify activities during Pregnancy and prepare for labor and birth
- Custom and in-depth care during the fourth trimester/any time postpartum
- Eliminate embarrassment, fear, or the need to stock up on pads in case you leak pee WITHOUT surgery or medications
- Return to a healthy, confident, enjoyable sex life without having to "down a glass of wine and get through it"
- Recover from major abdominal surgeries such as hysterectomy, abdominal muscle repair, cosmetic surgeries and more while reducing risk of pain or further injury post-op.
